Return/Exchange Policy:


There are no returns allowed. We do exchanges ONLY. If item is no longer available, we will offer a store credit.


How can I make an exchange?


To make an exchange, simply email us with your order number and reason for exchange at

How many days do I have to make an exchange?


You have within 7 business days from your order’s delivery to do an exchange.

What items are exchangeable?


Most items are exchangeable. Items must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached with the original packaging and unwashed. Damage items will not be accepted.


Items that are excluded and can not be returned for exchanges are:


-Promotional/free gifts

-Final Sale items

-Worn/Washed/Damaged items

-Items with scents, stains, deodorant


Return shipping postage and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Policy:


Once payment is processed, it can take 1-3 days for your order to ship (weekend and holidays are not included). Once order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

All expedited packages are shipped same day if order is placed by 12PM CST. All orders placed after 12PM, will be shipped on the next business day.
